When does the XCL Ladder tournament officially start and end. Where can I find a link to last months ladder?

The tournament starts on the 1st day of every month at Midnight XCL TIME/GMT and finishes on the last day of every month at Midnight XCL TIME = GMT). When the ladder ends it automatically gets saved here previous month’s ladder. A copy of the previous month’s ladder will always be found at that location.
