When does the WebCaster call out to get the production?

Once power is placed on the WebCaster it is designed to call to the server for a download or further instructions. After receiving its download, the WebCaster will call in once a week and will only download if new content is on the server. WebCasters receiving premium content will be programmed to call in at specific times.
