The Seller will be mailed a copy of the Seller GMAC Real Estate Home Protection Agreement detailing their coverage, terms, conditions and limitations within seven (7) business days of receipt and processing of the home Home Protection Plan application. The Buyer will be mailed a copy of their GMAC Real Estate Home Protection Agreement detailing their coverage, terms, conditions and limitations within seven (7) business days after payment is received and processed.
