In order to receive a free Limited Edition Team Canada toque and be entered for a chance to win 1 of 10 $1,000 Best Buy gifts cards or the grand prize trip to Europe, your mail-in order form must be postmarked by February 12 and received by February 19, 2010, along with the egg carton UPCs and original cash register receipt(s).
