(07/02/2010) Reports from Federal contractors for all work funded, in whole or in part, by the Recovery Act are required no later than the 10th day after the end of the calendar quarter in which the Federal contractor received the award, even if the contractor has yet to submit an invoice/voucher or begin work. In these cases, where an invoice/voucher has never been submitted, Federal contractors should enter a “0” for amount invoiced.
