You should first stop the card through the Help Desk at +(361) 383-08 53. The Bank takes responsibility for transactions fulfilled with lost or stolen cards when the stoppage becomes effective, i.e. within 1 hour after receipt of the stoppage instructions, if not otherwise defined stipulated in the Bankcard Account Conditions.
