Windows 2000 entered the Extended Support phase on June 30, 2005. Microsoft no longer offers complementary support options, design change requests, and non-security hotfixes (excluding Extended Hotfix Support Agreements). The Extended Support phase still provides security hotfixes and paid support until June 2010.
