When does Paypal refund payment on a SNAID item through a claim on an eBay item.?
Paypal does not issue the refund. Once the seller receives the money back it is their responsibility to refund you the money. Do not send the item back unless you have online tracking or else you can not prove that the buyer received the item. You can send the item back either way as long as you have proof of delivery. It depends on how soon you want your money back. If the seller does not refund you the money within a reasonable time 48 hours, you should contact paypal through your dispute and tell them the seller has not refunded. If this happens paypal will then refund you the money.
