When does OCGA/SIO need the proposal forms and access to the proposal in FastLane?

• The completed RES form, Conflict of Interest form, salary/budget backup must be received prior to OCGA/SIO review of }}–> }}–>proposals on FastLane. • Proposals made available to us on FastLane before these forms arrive will not be reviewed until the forms have been received. • There is no need to send a paper copy to OCGA/SIO. • Please allow SRO access to the proposals in FastLane only after they are complete and ready for review. We will assume that OCGA/SIO receipt of a any FastLane notification along with the required forms is your authorization for us to begin proposal review. • The initial electronic copy of the proposal must contain final versions of the budgets and all other form pages. • The Project Summary and Project Description must include all required content but may continue to undergo technical revision during the review process. • OCGA/SIO, will route proposal copies to Animal Subjects, and/or Human Subjects, if applicable. • The proposal will be reviewed to verify
