When does nausea go away in pregnancy?
I was told that typically the nausea will go away once you’re 3 months pregnant. I had morning sickness when I was pregnant with my twins. I had to establish a morning ritual in order to be able to get up out of bed, and not get sick to my stomach. When the alarm went off, I got up and microwaved a cup of tea. While it was steeping, I went back to bed and laid there for about 10 minutes. Then I got up, put the sugar and milk in my tea, and grabbed a handful of crackers and got back into bed. I stayed there until I finished eating my crackers and drinking my cup of tea. I would guess that was about 20 minutes or so. I took my time to make sure that my stomach had some food in it. That was the only way that I could then get up, shower and get ready for work. For the rest of the day in order not to continue to have a nausea, I ate many small meals throughout the day. I did not let my stomach get empty. I would basically have something to eat every hour. But I did it healthy. I had cracker
there is no set time for nausea to go away some people don’t have any I didn’t but my sister was sick until the day she gave birth. the tiredness that she felt went away the last month of her pregnancy and forget about feeling normal you’re about to be a mom you won’t feel normal ever again at least until their in college and out of the house and you still worry when you don’t hear from them in a few days.
