Your vacation will begin on June 30th when we meet you at 12 noon at the “Arrivo” section of the Marco Polo International Airport in Venice, Italy. Please note that you will need to be ready to go with your bike case by 12 noon. It is highly recommended that you arrive a day early on June 29th so you can rest up, wait for any delayed baggage, and get organized. The reason for this is that our chalet hotel is 2.5 hours away from Venice and there will be delays since June is “peak season.” As a result, once we leave the airport on the 30th, we will not be able to return for late or delayed guests. Thus, please plan thoroughly and be ready to depart by 12 noon on June 30th from Marco Polo International Airport. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
