When does my SilkGuard coverage begin and end?
If you are travelling one-way, your coverage begins upon check-in for your departure flight from Singapore and ends upon your arrival to your SilkAir flights country of destination. If you are travelling round-trip, your coverage begins upon check-in for your departure flight from Singapore and ends upon the arrival of your return flight to Singapore. If you are travelling on a multi-segment itinerary, your coverage begins upon check-in for your departure flight from Singapore and ends upon the arrival of your return flight to your last country of destination. The Trip Cancellation benefit begins 30 days prior to your departure.
