Check the expiration date on the front of your card. If your PayPower Prepaid Card has a balance when the expiration date is reached, you will be mailed a new card and the remaining funds will be added to your new card account. Please make sure that you double-check your contact information regularly so that we can deliver the card to the correct address. If your PayPower Prepaid Card account has a zero balance at expiration it cannot be renewed or reloaded.
