When does my new customer actually switch from Con Ed to Ambit for their services?

View Transcript The actual switch will occur when Con Ed’s meter reader goes out and reads the meter next. So let’s say for example that the meter was read yesterday. Well it’s going to be another 30 days before your customer is actually going to get on the Ambit service. However, if we switch the customer today and put them on the Ambit service and 3 days from now ConEd went and read the meter, then 3 days from now they would be on the service. And keep in mind they have to bill for a 30 day cycle then once they get their bill they have about 20 days to pay it. So it’s going to be somewhere between 2 months and 4 months before you start to see the trickles of that first residual income.
