When does my billing start after I subscribe to Clearwire Digital Voice Service?
For an existing Clearwire High-Speed Internet customer, your Clearwire Digital Voice Service will bill on the same dates as the billing dates of your High-Speed Internet service. If the service is activated on a different day of the month than your High-Speed Internet service, your first month will be pro-rated. For all new Clearwire High-Speed Internet and Digital Voice Service customers, the bill date is the day the order was completed plus one. For example, if the order is completed on the 15th, the bill date is the 16th. For new customers, bill date is the day the order was complete +1. So if order is complete on the 15th, bill day is the16th.
