When does dieting get easier?
I’ve heard that it takes your body 21 days to get used to anything (waking up early, dieting, etc.) I personally think it takes a bit more than that. It took me about a month to get used to all the dieting involved in losing weight. But, I’ve learnt that you should never feel hungry. Have lots of fruits and vegetables that have very few calories and are great at keeping hunger away. Also, when I’m hungry just because I’m bored I usually have something hot like tea. It helps. Try to keep yourself busy, though. It will make dieting way easier. Hope this helps and best of luck!
