When does data start flowing to devices through the Services Router after a reboot? How long will it take before computers attached behind phones can use the Internet again?

The Services Router is ready for data traffic when the SYSTEM LED is solid green. The Services Router supports data traffic while downloading a new image, however, the data traffic can be briefly interrupted once the image download is complete and the Services Router reboots to load a new image.
