When does CIBT apply “rush” and “emergency” fee surcharges for passport processing?
CIBT applies the ‘rush’ surcharge when provided 4-10 business days for processing after we receive your completed application. The ’emergency’ surcharge applies when CIBT is given 3 business days or less for processing after we receive your completed application. Standard processing applies to all orders that are given 11 days or longer to be processed.
