ARKES refreshes report data under the following conditions: • During a first time connection to the Directory Server • When a user selects a new directory server that is different from the current active server in the Connection Manager. • When you ‘Edit Directory Server’ in the Connection Manager and connect to the Directory Server afresh, irrespective of the credentials being changed. • When you manually refresh using the Refresh button in the toolbar in report window.
