When does a new filter become active for Interaction Dialer?
• When a filter is changed the campaign will need to be reset in order for the filter to become immediately active. • If the reset is not done on a campaign then the filter is applied at the next recycle (all of the calls for the current recycle have been processed). • When a reset is done, the call list queue is cleared out and the new records matching the filter are placed in the queue.
