When does a member get suspended on the CBLO Dealing system?
A member can be suspended on the CBLO Dealing system in two ways; by automatic suspension by the system or manual suspension. When a member breaches his available Initial Margin, the CBLO system automatically suspends the member. As against this, CCIL also reserves the right to suspend a CBLO member in the event of CBLO default committed by the member, Funds default committed by the member, failure to meet eligibility criteria and failure to pay penalty charges along with default replenishment.
