When Do You Get Dratini From the Dragons Den?
In order to get the Dratini from the Master in the Dragon’s Den, you must first have gotten the TM from Clair. Surf west and north past the Whirlpool and return to near the entrance of the Den and Clair will give you the TM. Then, Surf back south across the Whirlpool and the east and go back into the shrine and talk to the master again and he’ll give you the Dratini if you have an open spot in your party. On your way out, don’t forget to get the Dragon Fang item on the cliff to the northeast of the Shrine!
