When do we see improvements in terms of presales service, quality of service, billing integrity, and customer care?
We can see rapid improvements in years 1, 2, and 3. In year 1, customer will start experiencing the difference, in year 2 there will be a significant difference, and year 3 it will be a great experience. The project transformation will take 35 years but we might see significant changes in the coming 12 months and a good value in 18 months time. Does the deal also talk about transfer of assets? All the new stuff will remain with IBM and upon exit will be given back to us. What are your future plans on the IT front? In phase III called the macroarchitecture we are looking at network and IT convergence and this we are planning to roll out. We are looking at how CIOs and CTOs can work together, and how network and IT vendors can work and create a multiplayer ecosystem where architecture will be common and they will take care of the issues. It is called Bharti Tech Innovation Council and it will take 23 years to mature.
