When do we have to pay back an interfund loan?
If the loan is for operations, it must be paid back in the same fiscal year or biennial budget period or in the next one following. A capital loan may be paid back over a term of up to five years. If a loan is not repaid in the same year it is made, the repayment must appear as a requirement in the budget for the year in which it is planned.
