When do tickets go on sale for the Pavement reunion show at SummerStage?”
As expected, fans are truly freaking out over Pavement’s reunion. After tickets went on sale earlier today (September 18) for the band’s show at Central Park Summerstage in NYC on September 21, 2010, they sold out in a mere two minutes. Soon after, Pavement added another reunion show at the same venue on the next day. Now, they’ve just added a third. Again, that third show is at Central Park Summerstage, meaning the group will be playing the venue on September 21, 22 and 23 in 2010. When Brooklyn Vegan originally broke the Pavement reunion news, they said they’re would possibly be four shows in New York, so maybe another one is just around the corner. Even if it’s not, if you want tickets, you better get on it and order them up here http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/00004330AC7459D6 . And remember, the password is ZOWEE.

The lineup for the reunion tour will include Malkmus and Kannberg along with Mark Ibold, Bob Nastanovich and Steve West. The first – and as for now only – show on the books is a Sept. 21, 2010 New York City performance at Central Park’s SummerStage. Grandpa hipsters on the West Coast will have to get up early tomorrow if they want tickets because a pre-sale begins Friday, Sept. 18, at 10 a.m. EST. The password for the pre-sale is “ZOWEE.” Tickets go on sal
