For big test matches like that they often don’t go on general sale. Tickets are distributed throughout rugby clubs in England for test matches. Once this has happened any left overs are then put up for general sale. Keep an eye on the ticketek website and the RFU for any notices Alternatively, if you are an Australian you can register with the ARU and apply for a ticket through their allocation. You will need an Australian passport to get those tickets though.
