When do the wing tank transfer valves automatically latch open?
PHB 9.1.7 A319/320 Only: The wing tank transfer valves automatically latch open when the wing inner cell quantity drops to 1,650 lbs thus allowing the outer cell fuel to drain into the inner cell. The transfer valves open simultaneously in both wings and remain open until the next refueling operation. During steep descents and acceleration/deceleration, the transfer valves may open prematurely and trigger a LO LVL warning. 48.
