Most of them are already discounting like mad so the sales – which usually start Boxing Day or the day after – won’t see any major bargains this year.

A lot of places already have their sales on as Christmas hasn’t been that great for people purchasing stuff. Main ones will probably start just after Christmas though so you can be gutted about all the presents you bought at full price being radically reduced in the sales!!
