When do the parking charges apply in a Pay by Phone bay?
Pay by Phone bays operate in exactly the same way as existing meter and Pay and Display bays. The hours of control when payment is required are indicated on signs attached to posts within Pay by Phone bays and are usually as follows: · Monday -Saturday: 8.30am – 6.30pm – payment required. · Sundays and all other times including bank holidays, public holidays and Christmas Day – no charge.
