When Do People Recovering From Anorexia Stop Gaining Weight?

0

For example, a 14 year old girl that’s 5′3 or 5′4 in height and weighed 110 pounds before lost 10 pounds by dieting and exercising 3-4 times a week. The girl used to eat anything she wanted to eat, but now her daily calorie intake is 1000 calories everyday. She is sick of her diet and wants to eat more. She’s not even thin, no bones sticking out or anything like that. She looks normal, but she wants to seek help from someone because though she wants to be thinner, she is really sick of depriving herself of foods she wants to eat. She lost 10 pounds in 1 month and two weeks, but she’s sick of only eating 1000 calories a day, when she used to eat about 1300-1700 calories a day. She doesn’t want to gain weight because she already looks just right, and wouldn’t want to gain weight because she doesn’t need to. Somebody please help. P.S. She’s very moody because of her diet and she doesn’t want to gain weight because she doesn’t need to, she looks just right. Please, please help.
