When do I send the Patim database in for updating?
The Patim database should be submitted after each training session. Why must I send the Patim database in for updating after each training session? The master database must be kept up to date for reports required by the State and federal agencies; the updated master also provides a backup for the county database. We do not have the information on newly-trained applicators until the database is sent to us. How do I send the Patim database in for updating? • Open your email program start a “New Message”. • Manually address it to: patim@uky.edu • Enter the county name and “Patim database” in the Subject line. • Add a message if you like, then click “Insert” and “Attach File”. • Select the drive where Patim resides (normally C:). • Under directories, select Patim20.
