Your need to get your kitten vaccinated soon as neutering is usually done by most vets at around 5/6 months of age but you need to have completed the course of vaccinations at least a fortnight before you can leave her for neutering. Neutering a female cat is called spaying, you can ask about it when you go for the vaccinations.
