When do I need to use the fields Authorized Location and Agreed Location; and is the “old” field location of the goods still required??
Normally you have received a letter from Customs with the renewed location codes. The authorized location is the company location in case of a license simplified procedure/AEO. The agreed location is the public location where goods are loaded or discharged. For both fields the same type of location codes are used as in the current field for the location of the goods (box 30). The rule is that in case the agreed location or authorized location is used, the field location of the goods (“precise”) can not be used anymore. If you still send the field in this case, you will receive following error from Customs: ITEM_A_0004a customSubPlace wordt gegeven als agredLocation en authorizedLocation kan nietgebruikt worden The field location of the goods will become obsolete.
