There are two “commission trigger” elements that have to be in place. 1) Commission payments are based on a confirmed Credit Card being activated by the Cardholder. That is done by them after they receive their card from the bank. Activation is the final step in the Cardholder’s acceptance of the bank’s terms. That card then has to be submitted into our system for verification on our end. 2) Free Card Matrix will close each month’s qualification activity (element 1 above) at midnight (GMT) on the last day of the month. If your width of activated Cardholders is in place before that time, it will count for that month’s commissions. Even if the bank’s timing is different on their payment to Free Card Matrix, your account will be credited appropriately and payment to you will be made after we are paid by the bank. Since it takes up to two weeks for the card to be mailed to the Cardholder, if they activate immediately upon its receipt (we hope everyone will do that), as a practical matter,
