When do I need to contact IHI / Bupa to claim?
• IHI / Bupa should be notified immediately in case of death, hospitalisation, emergency, repatriation, medical evacuation/ repatriation or accompaniment, and such notification must include medical information about the illness/injury. Notification should be made by telephone or e-mail to the IHI / Bupa 24-hour emergency service. • You can claim even before you are back from the trip. The Claim should be reported to IHI / Bupa no later than 30 days after the expiry of the insurance, however they will accept late cases under certain circumstances.
