When do I get information about ordering computers and audio/video equipment, electricity, Internet connectivity, and booth decorations?
The primary contact for exhibit information from your company will receive an Exhibitor Services Kit from GES Exposition Services approximately six weeks before the conference date. An online version of the kit will also be available. The kit contains information on service providers who are able to provide you with booth necessities including computer equipment, A/V, carpeting, tables, chairs, electricity, Internet, and decorations ranging from plants to hanging signage, etc. GES also has staff available to assist you with your booth set-up and tear-down.
