When do final guest counts need to be confirmed for Buffets, Served Meals and Receptions?
Final guest counts must be confirmed with your Dining Services Contact Person no later than five (5)business days prior to your event. Please try to give as accurate a guest count as possible when initially booking your event. We will be prepared to serve an additional 5% of your guest count up to a total of twenty five (25) meals.
