When do EventElephant pay the organiser the revenue that has been collected?
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you use Event Elephant for your event you may never see your money. Lots of small charities and event organisers have used them and months, even YEARS later they still have not been paid. Event Elephant have a consistent response saying that people have claimed chargebacks on your event therefore they cannot hand over the money. This is rarely true. Please do some internet research into EventElephant before (not) using them.
EventElephant pays organisers the ticket revenue – minus any EventElephant and credit card fees – four to eight working days after the event. However, under certain circumstances payments can be made before the event. If you think you’ll need to receive payments before the event, please get in touch with your Customer Service Manager, who will be very happy to help.
