When do eArmyU Participation Agreements expire?
All eArmyU Participation Agreements are fulfilled when the terms of the contract are met. In most cases that means when Soldiers have achieved the educational goal (certificate or degree) they selected when they first enrolled in eArmyU, or when they have fulfilled the semester hour requirement. Eligible Soldiers may continue taking eArmyU classes after they fulfill the terms of their participation agreement, but will not receive the bundled services and must purchase their own course materials, to include books. These costs will not be covered by Army Tuition Assistance. Soldiers must contact an Army Education Counselor to select a new educational goal. The eArmyU Service Remaining Requirement (SRR) for laptop enrollees becomes part of the Soldier’s personnel record in the Integrated Total Army Personnel Database (ITAPDB) and is tracked until fulfilled.
