When do certificate annual reports for traditional and Universal life insurance, and annuities get mailed?
Traditional and Universal Life certificate statements are mailed each year by the 15th day of the anniversary month. Annual Reports are mailed each January for all annuity certificates. Mid-year reports are mailed in July for the following types of Annuity certificates with values of $5,000 or more: Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity; Single Premium Deferred Annuity; Non-Life Single Premium Immediate Annuity. These include Basic Annuities, IRAs, ROTHs, SIMPLEs, SEPs and TSAs.
