When do a French lop rabbits ears drop?
It’s perfectly normal! Some lop eared rabbits can take up to eight months or longer to drop their ears. My bunny had one ear that stuck up while the other dropped, if she had lived longer it’s likely that ear would have dropped eventually. There’s nothing wrong with your bunny, eventually they will drop (usually it doesn’t take THAT long, eight months is quite long but it does happen.) Six weeks is still very young, give it time. The only other reason they’re sticking straight up is if she/he isn’t pure bred, if the rabbit has a parent or ‘ancestor’ with naturally sticking up ears, she/he may have inherited them. But if you’re sure she’s pure bred, then they will drop sooner or later!
