When did the Citibank sidewalk shed ad on the Flatiron building come down?
If anyone knows when the Citibank shed ad came down, please post a comment or email me ASAP! Also, if anyone knows what the new ad on the Flatiron shed is, please tell me. Update: Big thanks to Patrick Nielsen Hayden from Making Light who noticed today that the Citibank sign had disappeared. He and his wife and co-blogger Teresa work in the Flatiron Building. They’ve been chronicling the ongoing renovation project for quite a while. Teresa even saved fragments of the original terra cotta in her garden. Today, Patrick was kind enough to go downstairs to confirm that the notorious Citibank shed ad has been replaced by a full construction wrap for Equinox Fitness. I’m still trying to figure out exactly when the change occurred. Anybody know?
