The CARE and RadCARE bills were reintroduced in the 109th Congress as H.R. 1426 by Rep. Chip Pickering (R-MS) and S. 2322 by Senator Mike Enzi (R-WY) and in the 110th Congress as H.R. 583 by Rep.
