My brother Stephen arrived in Goa on Dec. 3 2006. He went there as a tourist. Can you give us your family background? I am the eldest of five children. Stephen was number four. I work as a school teacher and have two daughters. I live close to Stephen and saw him about once a week. Stephen was a harmless person, modest and friendly, he has two daughters age 12 and eight years. He worked as a builder, educated with a Masters degree in the arts from Liverpool University. He enjoyed travel and photography; he has a mobile home near the beach in Cornwall and an ordinary house in Cheltenham. He smoked cannabis from time to time socially.
