The boy will continue to live in San Francisco with his newspaper editor dad Philip Bronstein, Stone’s ex-hubby. “Court does not find that a move away is in the child’s best interest,” a San Francisco judge decided on Sept. 12, according to a recently released order obtained by the Daily News. “Court finds that [Bronstein] can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home.” The order, which reflects the judge’s tentative decision ahead of her formal written ruling, also says that Bronstein shall have “permanent sole physical custody of the child,” at least until Stone relocates to San Francisco or Bronstein leaves the Bay area.
