Rigel went public in November 2000. Subsequently, we completed financings in in January 2002, June 2003, February 2004, July 2005 and May 2007. Our most recent financing was a follow-on offering of 5,000,000 shares at $27.00 per share in the first quarter of 2008. Credit Suisse First Boston acted as the sole bookrunner in the offering. 5.
