In its September 28, 2002 meeting, the General Extraordinary Assembly of Shareholders approved the new legal status of Raiffeisen Bank S.A. as a closed company. The NSEC attested the fact that, as of 17.10.2002 the bank’s shares were no longer being transacted on a regulated market.
