When did Atlantis sink?
The continent of Atlantis is an old fable that has never been proven and many people have tried. After all the modern satellite radar mapping of the earth there is no evidence of a huge continent that was sunk and resides under the ocean today. You must understand the magnitude of such a land mass that large sinking in the ocean without repercussions for other countries and continents else where. Record keeping was not that good back then but it was good enough that something would have been recorded. There is also no evidence of a huge tidal wave that would have hit many shores after its sinking. Last, something would have had to happened on a very huge scale (huge earth quake) to sink a huge land mass like an entire continent like Atlantis. I am not saying Atlantis absolutely 100 percent did not exist but it was very highly unlikely or there would have been some kind of recording of it.
