AgFeed Industries, Inc., a US Nevada company, operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries in China. Our China subsidiaries were founded in 1995 by five original founders who are still our current senior management as well as our largest shareholders. All of our senior managers/founders have advanced degrees in animal science or veterinary science in addition to MBA / EMBA degrees obtained from top universities in China.
