When did ABOR approve the revised Honors Tuition Waiver Scholarship?
At the August 2003 ABOR meeting, Superintendent Horne suggested a change in the criteria that emphasizes high academic achievement as demonstrated through class work and exceeding standards on the AIMS HS assessments. At their April 2004 meeting, the ABOR voted to transfer the administration of the Regents Honors Endorsement Program to the ADE and approve the revised criteria.
